  • Well yes, although they do push for dosages that usually far exceed the established "MDR" of the vitamins. We know that proper nutrition is made up of vitamins and minerals found usually in our foods. If we aren't getting them thru our diets, we might take supplements. 2/14/26
  • Most you can get from your food, which is the best way for the body, vit D may be needed, it is in the UK because we have little sun for most of the year, especially now they spray the sky. The gummie vitamins have led some to liver damage.
