At the moment I'm listening to Carl Jung and the shadow, https://youtu.be/mCS7HGBVCY8?si=dJp_QLa7VyKBQnvs while decorating. I enjoy it, and the voice is calming. I also take walks in nature, feed the birds, the geese. This space gives you a time to breath and your mind to clear, even listening to things that are calming give you space from your problems and may aid in helping you deal with them. Listening to classical music or gregorian chant is also helpful to me.
