Not necessarily. People have different sense of humour so what is funny to someone is not funny to someone else. A person's sense of humour is not for everyone in the world realistically speaking. It's good to have a sense of humour whichever form you have because without it, people would be braindead.

NO...it means that they just don't get your sense of humor!!! A person's sense of humor can also be affected by the type of day they are having. A bad day can cause NO sense of humor where a good day can cause everything to be funny.
