No, he should not advise any nation on anything as long as he's still trying to defeat the Ukraine. There would be no siege of Gaza without the attack against Israel in the first place by Hamas. 10/16/23

Well, he, of course, cannot compare this to the invasion of Ukraine - because it is currently illegal in Russia to reference the invasion of Ukraine. Also, Putin cannot question his own authority as questioning Putin's authority is also illegal in Russia. So, really, he's only doing his best to follow the law the best he can.
