I was a union member for the best part of 20 years the last time I walked into a union office the slag behind the counter asked me If I sure I was at the right place. They did nothing but bleed me dry in all that time. I don't remember them ever answering the phone on the few occassions I rang them they were more interested in making me donate money to pathetic little minoirty groups on one occassion my own union got me pissed off. So a set of imported Filipino workers could replace me about a month after that I was working on a building site and some union turn out wanted me to donate money to the imported jippos that replaced me. They wont do anything for the workers they just look after important gobbliers that dont have to work.Why do I want to pay someones wages that does nothing for me? I believe in the ideal but people are too corrupt.
