I should imagine life experience creates wisdom, and an older person should have more, but there's a lot of factors involved such as status, health, etc can lead to age not being a dominant factor.

Not necessarily. This is why we have the proverb "there's no fool like an old fool". Not everybody attains wisdom with age. Many just get older and dumber, IMHO. 7/15/23
