  • (1) Do the US Have an Illegitimate Supreme Court - Answer: no. (2) Trump installed three conservative justices on the US Supreme Court, however he's been impeached twice and may go to jail. - Response: not relevant. Trump was President when he appointed those judges. That is: he did have the authority to do so (after Senate approval) even if he is later found guilty by Senate impeachment trial. That is: impeachment can "fire" a President, but it can't undo what the President has already (with legal authority) done. Note that the Constitution is pretty clear on all of these matters. (3) Merrick Garland wasn't appointed with 18 months left in Obama's term while it took only two weeks to appoint. Amy Comey Barret to the same court. - Response: that's not relevant to anything previously mentioned. (4) Nationwide abortion is already gone with gay marriage, affirmative action, Social Security and possibly a woman's right to vote, next. - Response: ridiculous application of the "slippery slope" fallacy. (5) What does this say about the US legal system? Response: only that you don't understand it.
  • All of what you cited in your question is completely by the book in the constitution. The senate confirms a candidate. Potus only nominates them. If the R led senate chose to not affirm a nominee, they were within the law. If another potus nominates 3 and the senate then confirms them, they are as legal and legitimate as any other justice ever seated. There has always been a controversy over the constitutionality of RvW ever since it was promulgated back in 73. We have known for decades that a future scotus could overturn that decision, because congress NEVER made it into the law of the land. Congress is the one who should be examined for legitimacy on that lack of action. They did nothing for 50 years. Affirmative action, social security and a womans right to vote are all either amendments, or legislation passed and approved by all 3 branches of govt. Same sex marriage was another scotus decision that was never signed into law. Congress better stop fooling around with BS and do something for a change, IMHO. 10/11/22

Well, you do have some good points even if I disagree with most of them.
  • Abortion is not a right, it is a murder. A human being has a body and a DNA (a soul and a spirit also); in the DNA are written the informations of that person, his/her general features, the colour of the eyes, of the hair etc. etc. . Following those informations a baby's body became a child's one, then a boy's one, then finally an adult's one. Human life begins with the conception. A zygote has a body and a DNA. Following the information contained in that DNA the zygote begins to multiply in order to become a fetus and then a baby and then a child and then a boy and then - finally - the adult person he/she is supposed to become. The zygote is a human being with a body, a body which is trying to become the body of an adult person following the informations written into the DNA. So abortion is a murder and it's really a blessing it is becaming forbidden. "My body my chioice" is a big, horrible lie; we are not talking of the body of the mother, we are talking of the body of the baby, of the human being in her womb that nobody has the right to kill. So, to answer your question, i don't know if, legally speaking, the US have an illegitimate Supreme Court, i don't think so. The problem of the US and of the West is that it has the cultural, educational and information systems too much in the hands of the so called "progressists". Sadly, as a consequence, too many people reason only in a way, a very wrong way, without even being aware of that. Instead they are now totally used to consider that ideological "progressists" way of thinking and viewing the world as the only legitimate one. They also think that it is a "neutral"/"superpartes" way of thinking/viewing the world, while it is not. God loves you, Jesus loves you, go to Them.

You guys don't get upset when people die in crazy wars and conflicts. You don't get upset over the death penalty. Nobody tries the mother for murder if she takes drugs and miscarries the baby. This is not about murder, its about the rights of women - which you are against.

Where abortion is concerned, the unborn child's rights take precedence. Contrary to what pro-abortionists want to believe, even before the child takes his first breath outside of the womb it is alive. There's no other way to explain the movement ("kicking") that goes on in the final weeks before birth. If you watched a video on what takes place during an abortion, you would see that the child senses that it's in danger and tries to avoid being ripped apart by the doctor's instruments. I could link you to such a video if you like.
  • Haven't you chewed on your "twice impeached" and "may go to jail" long enough? The dog-and-pony "impeachments" were nothing but the Democrats beating their chests because Constititionlly, they have that power. Unfortunately, having the power to do something and using that power irresponsibly are two different things entirely as we have seen over the past 6 years or longer. Trump has never been convicted of any of the lame charges the Left has tried to frame him with - and they've thrown everything at him since he first mentioned that he was running for President in 2015. His only "crime": they didn't like him. If he won the election he would disrupt the Democratic corruption. Obama, Hillary, Biden - they're all corrupt. But, you still see some kind of value in them for whatever reason. Your denial is impeccable.

Do you know anything about how trump sent messages to the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers about overthrowing the government on Jan 6th or are you in denial about that too? Its called "Projection" that is, projecting your guilt on others.

The Democrats have no shortage of clowns supporting them, that's for sure. You're as oblivious of people laughing at you behind your back as Biden is on the world stage - and you continue your denial as if any of it was true. We're talking about Trump being hated for more than his 4-year tenure, and your only response is something that happened only in the eyes of the circus you support, and on the tail end of his administration. Never mind the scandals and false accusations against him since before the 2016 election - you're focused on Jan 6th. You should get used to the color red - you'll be seeing it everywhere.
  • The US is AFU right now, but we WILL right ourselves in time!!! It took us 200 years to screw it up, but a correction is coming!!!
