• False. Feelings aren't good or bad. Its how you react to them that is good or bad. Its always better (for me, maybe not you) to choose what you want in your life, make plans and take steps to make it happen. If you spend your life simply reacting to emotions you will have no plan no direction and you are left with no control over your life at all. Choose what you want in your life and you reclaim your power of control over your own life and feelings.
