• You'd have to look up the particular weight gainer you're using to know its ingredients and other nutritional information. But I'm guessing you're young and/or female. In these cases you usually just have to wait a few years and you'll fill out. Don't push it just stay healthy. You didn't say what kind of training you started, but lifting heavier weights with less repetitions will produce more bulk muscle, while aerobic activity and lifting smaller weights with more repetitions will produce the longer leaner muscles usually desired by women.
