  • I'm guessing that's a lot
  • It does sound a lot but it depends how many people live in your area and the definition of a sex offender, which will vary according to local laws. For example, in some juristictions being seen naked (or topless for a woman) through your own window could be treated as indecent exposure and get you registered as a sex offender, in other juristictions the person who saw you will be treated as a voyeur and they will be considered the sex offender. According to Google there are about 426000 people living in my county & just over 800 registered sex offenders, how does this population compare to your area?
