  • I don't understand how my weight works. I've had exactly the same type of experience (except not so much water) and I can't make any logical sense from it.
  • Your weight can fluctuate 4 lbs just because of your menstrual cycle. Too much sodium can cause water retention. Drinking water works as a diuretic and is always good for you! It takes 3500 calories to make a pound. However not eating enough will put your body in starvation mode and it will try to get the absolute most it can out of the food you eat. Its better to eat less more often than the same amount all at one meal. Thyroid function also can affect your weight,but at less than 120 its most likely not an issue. In fact I'm not sure why you're worried about it at such a low weight. Has a doctor suggested weight loss? Anyway, hope something I shared helps.
