I am wanting advice on how to quit my job
I have been working in a new job now for about two months and I can no longer handle the stress and my anxiety is extremely bad at the moment.
I am classified as a 'casual' so I don't have to give any notice when I quit, do I text or email my boss? And how do I word it? I don't feel comfortable calling and I feel to anxious to do so, I am wondering what is the best way and what to say, I've never been in this position before.

If you must quit just tell them you found a better position thank you for all there help and move on. However when I was in this position I made sure they fired me that way I could get unemployment.

7-16-2017 The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. As for quitting, there is no ceremony. Just quit.
