8-26-2017 I never heard of any "criminal justice agency". Actual justice is severely discouraged. For example, a jury has the power to find a defendant "not guilty" just because they think the law is unjust. But if somebody finds out you know that, you will never be allowed on a jury. Ask a lawyer to explain why, and listen carefully to his tirade.
