Yes, very compatible. Both signs are in the Water element. I am a Scorpio myself and I get on very well with Pisces, except for one person in the world who claims to be a Pisces, but I don't believe her, I think she is really a Gemini and is lying about her true birthday. I know you are just asking, but I just thought I'd mention that. :)
