It would depend on the size of her breasts, how much she actually weighs, and the structure of her body. Some people have thicker skin while others have thinner skin. Generally speaking it sounds as if performing such an act can cause permanent injury almost immedately. Granted that some women will probably be able to do it with no problem at all while other women would probably not suffer the effects until years later.

If you are hanging tight enough to not be able to slip a finger under the rope, then about five minutes. If you can slip two fingers under the rope (and still have her stable) about 15. Those are high end numbers; in many cases, the numbes are MUCH lower.
