On it's face, the answer is no, it is not illegal to have sex in a car. The real question is, is it legal to have sex in public, and the answer to that question is also no. If your car is on private property where you have a legal right to be and where nobody else can see what you're doing then you are generally within the law. If you are on public property, private property without permission, or private property where others can see what you're doing then you are generally outside the law. Under these circumstances you would normally be cited for public indecency of some sort or another.

I am not proposing a new answer, but rather asking for clarification. In this answer: "On it's face, the answer is no, it is not illegal to have sex in a car. The real question is, is it legal to have sex in public, and the answer to that question is also no" the second question is misleading because it asks "is it legal" whereas the opening question is "it is illegal." Therefore the answer "also no" is misleading. I'm just suggesting that the author clarify the answer. (not that I am planning to have sex in a car in his driveway or anything like that !)

Haha I think it is not. I had sex plenty of times in a car, and truck. It doesn't feel like you know I am doing something wrong, and as long as no1 is watching I think you can. If someone drives by duck down. What I am trying to say it shouldn't be illegal. If as long as your not selling your body for money. I want to say something about what this dude said "Underage sex anywhere, is illegal". Hun there is no "underage sex" because you can be 10, and fuck(even though its totally wrong, but its true. I do agree with the person who said "No......just don't get caught!". Just dont get caught its easy not to get caught.
