I love Indian food cuisine specially Indian food catering because there is a wide variety of traditional cuisine in Asian catering. And my favorite dish is Panipuri (Gol Gappa) and Dosa.

Right now, it's southeast Asian stuff. Thai, Lao Vietnamese foods. I used to love Tom Kha with Nam Prik Pao a creamy spicy multi meat soup with sticky rice, and I used to love La', often spelled "lop" or larb" on menus. A spicy salad made from meats marinated and cooked or served raw. My favorite was beef, raw medium spice sour, served with cabbage and sticky rice. They offered "bitter" too, but it was made with animal bile. I never tried that one. The owner of the restaurant told me it was mostly older Thais and Laos that still ate that. She said it was an "acquired taste". 5/4/26
