    1984 buick skylark custom 2.8L v6 2bbl have had mechanic check everything under hood, rebuilt motor, rebuilt carb, replace vacuum hoses. Problem: car starts well and drives 15-25 minutes and then stalls out when you slow or stop. What else can it be?
