When i'm installing daemon tools i get "server connection failed" i disabled all the security and i have a full internet connection. what do i do?

Daemon tools is way outdated and useless. Many games, even Sims 2, can recognize it and tell you to uninstall it before you can install the game. And it's so called "anti-protection" thingies haven never worked for me. So, now I use MagicDisk instead - no program knows to block it, so I can freely use it. Seriously, Daemon Tools is waste of effort.
