I have to say quite honestly, though, that I would be unable to urinate during anal sex for two reasons, first I find it very difficult to urinate when my penis is fully erect and secondly any partner I would have anal sex with would have good anal muscles and a tight anus. I am assuming that all other safety measures are being taken. That both you and the recipient is in a monogamous relationship and both practiced safe sex until you both were tested and were free of any VD, including AIDS. Yes, it is safe. Urine is sterile and does no harm to the body if it is injected anally or orally. It is actually more dangerous for the man in getting a bladder infection due to the bacteria inside the anal canal. If you are into some golden shower play, rest assured that it is not toxic and not dangerous. On a side note, there is a slight acidic quality to urine so it's always good to take a shower after urine play of any kind.
