I'm only guessing here, but it sounds like it might possibly be a Scouser asking what are you getting?

I don't think that it is slang. I think, as does Sid, that it is an accent and means 'what are you getting?'.

I agree with Sid, it is often used in the context 'gerrin there' meaning get in there.
