Some kid told me many years ago while in line at the school cafeteria, that "we got to eat fish sticks every Friday cause of you Cat'liks." I never forgot that, so I guess it's chicken every day but Friday.

Fish is so unpredictable so I prefer chicken.

Nowadays, chicken tenders. Fish sticks have practically no meat in them. (Mrs .Paul's was sold to another company, and they've cheaped out the products in order to plunder the brand name.) But "back in the good old days" (when they didn't even HAVE a thing called "chicken tenders"), Mrs. Paul's fish sticks were awesomely delicious.
