I can't count them all! I compliment people on thier effort all the time. Too often, we hear about what we screwed up, but we rarely hear what we did that was right. I'm not fake with it, though. That would be pretty pathetic. I only make notice of it if they really did do nicely on something. +5

Yes, Today I told the Assistant Manager at my Apartment Complex her blouse made her look younger.

I usually compliment every person I come in contact with, usually subtley but it's sure nice to get them, too!
