• In my experience, I would suggest just going with a really good, solid antivirus program that has IDS (intrusion detection) features. I'm using Symantec Endpoint Protection on my Windows Vista PC at home and it works really well. Sometimes the "all-in-one" suite products contain a lot of bloat and redundant tools. I work quite a bit with Windows systems, but was never impressed with Windows OneCare.
