Last Apt I had an active lease on was Feb this year...gas and electric was included in the rent. Define utilities. My cell was/is $34/mo, which only counts if it's your only phone. Internet and pay-tv are luxuries so I don't consider them a utility. I had a trash chute down the hall which cost $0. Oh...I had to pay water/sewage to the tune of ~$40/mo which was a ripoff (I'm paying half that at my own place). Given the above I'll answer $74/mo for the last apartment I rented this year.
