not doing it would be a good way to keep a clean system...but thats just me. you shouldnt be hittin that junk anyways, what are you tryin to do? kill yourself?

dont take it in the 1st place, be high on life dude, nobody ever retires an accomplished heroin user. Many people in my family have used it and are either in jail or dead, its not easy to stop, i know, but you have to really try, its worth the sacrifice. good luck---:)
