This is an old standard quick meal in England - Fried egg and beans (pork'n'beans) on toast. The fried egg is optional. It may sound odd, but don't knock it until you've tried it. The beans are improved by a knob of butter, or BBQ sauce (or HP sauce if you're really lucky)

I would have to say tacos. It wouldn't take long since I have the leftover meat for that. It would only be a matter of heating up & putting things together.
