Heck, yeah! Let's keep the ball rolling across the entire country!

Sure, why not. Congrats Vermont.

Congrats Vermont. I don't agree with marriage, but I agree with civil rights lol.

Yay! Vermont! Congratulations!

Hoorah, Vermont! It's about time (although, my state has yet to make it equal here, *sigh*).

Connecticut, Massachusetts Recently, Iowa Now Vermont I'm embaressed to say HURRAY when my state, California, BLEW IT in the last election. How the proposition was worded didn't help. Last gasp money from organized religion didn't help. But it'll be BACK .. and we'll get it right yet. Who on earth would want a life partner of 25 or 30 years told they can't go in to be with their life partner or make decisions at a hospital as blood relatives sail on by? What heterosexuals have to carry around copies of wills or powers of attorney etc .. to pull out and "fight" at times like that? Heterosexual spouses are instead given dignity and kindness .. sorely needed in scenarios like that. And that's the tip of the iceberg. So yes .. long answer to say ... HURRAY, Vermont. :)

Wonderfull. In three weeks time, two states (Iowa and Vermont) and the nation of Sweden have all began to allow for same sex marriages. Freedom and rights are finally being respected.
-
Congratulations State of Vermont!
-
Doesn't matter to me since I'm not going to get a gay marriage, ever.
-
That's good but when are they going to stop discriminating against polygamists? Legalize polygamy now!
-
And now we can add Maine to the list! Go Maine!
