I can't possibly pick one. The Sull' aria from The Marriage of Figaro has to be one of the most beautiful pieces of opera ever written, one to get the hair standing on the back of your neck. I also love Black is the Colour, when it's sung right. There's a good Nina Simone version of it that is distinctly unScottish, but still good. When my sister sings it after a few whiskies I get goosebumps. Then there's You Do Something To Me by Paul Weller. I could go on forever.
