It would depend upon my purpose for exercising, and the duration thereof. But generally, I'd rather run.

its hard 2 say...i get tired of running & training, bcuz i do both, so i'd haf 2 rotate on a daily basis.

I would much rather weight train. Cardio is not my favorite thing unless it is the elliptical machine.

Weight train. It's easier for me than running. If I'm running, I'm sprinting.
