Well I can tell you who it wouldn't be. The Stones Fleetwood Mac Pink Floyd or The Eagles... There have only been about 16 farewell tours between them to date.

I wish I would have seen lots of bands I missed, but I would have wanted to see them in their heyday, not old and tired. I missed the Beatles because the crowds were waaay to out of hand, I would have liked to see Cream, Jimi Hendrix, and Janis, also I missed Led Zepplen. Everyone else I pretty much caught because I was a big concert goer for many years. I wish I could have seen Patti Smith, Nirvana and I wouldn't mind catching Jack White. (not his last concert though)
