I would dump it into the compost heap. "Do unto others" has a way of catching up with you.

You drink it. Juice doesn't "spoil," it molds and mildews, and you can see and smell mold by the time there's enough to make you sick.

Well, if the container says to refrigerate after opening, sometimes it's okay to leave out. Orange juice will go bad overnight. Apple and cranberry juice are okay though

Put it in the Fridge. Juice does not spoil that quickly.

I have dumped many containers that have been left out over night. With two boy who could remember to eat, just not to put things away when they were done, a lot of foods get to return to nature.

I just throw it out - not going to risk getting sick, but I'm not going to make the store pay for my mistake either.

I have done this many times in my 40+ years and I have never gotten sick...it takes longer for the juice to spoil than just overnight...I'm pretty sure.
