These two play vey different styles of music so it's hard to pick, but i would say Iron Maiden simply for their innovative riffs, but i also say that Slash is, in my opinion, a rock legend.

sorry, there is absolutely no comparison. iron maiden all the way! better musicians, better singers, better lyrics, better shows, better stage presence, and better album covers.

Both are good but MAIDEN IS GOD and GnR only had a few good songs. GnR had better songs but only like 5 or 6 that i like, maiden has over 30 songs that I love that maybe aren't as good, but thats a lot for than 6.

Guns and Roses have a whole album that is tight as anything (Use your Illusion 1) and had cool tracks from Apetite for Destruction and had some good covers such as "Since I don't have you". They win in my estimations
