It's a reasonable reason for being unreasonable.
-
There is no such thing as a good excuse for bad behavior, drinking least of all
-
No. At some point you make a conscious decision to drink, even knowing that it can have that effect. Your actions afterward are completely hinged on that sober decision.
-
No but it is a reason... j/k
-
Not unless someone held you down and poured the stuff down your throat against your will...
-
Have a drink or two, but, never get drunk. That by itself is bad behavior.
-
No. Being drunk may be the reason for your bad behavior, but it is a poor excuse. If you are a mean drunk, you shouldn't get drunk (in my opinion). Of course that comes from someone who doesn't drink.

My own personal rule is not drinking when im angry or i have things on my mind...As i act like a total idiot and drink too much and i get even angrier.. I have made a total ideot of myself due to this reason and i had no clue the next day..im not saying that excusses my behaviour but i had no recollection and i would normally never do those things.. Is it a valid excuse?? most will say no, i do know how deeply sorry i was and that i would never do the things i did sober. I have also been on the receaving end of it when a boyfriend of mine kissed my sister when drunk in front of me... It was not in his nature to do this it was the drink and i forgave him.. We did go our seperate ways in the end..
-
Not at all. I used to get drunk so I could validate bad behavior.
-
to me it would depend on how bad the behaviour...obviously anything illegal than of course not..but if you're just being harmlessly stupid than i say yes
-
Being drunk is bad behaviour.
-
Nope. I've been so drunk that I could barely walk without help and I still knew right from wrong.
