  • Work your core, meaning mid section or trunk, and definitely watch what you eat Try doing crunches everytime the commercails come on
  • the same exercises at home should produce the same results... also, eat less if fat is hiding your abs
  • Do sit ups, i used to be a fat pie, but now after 3 weeks im a tank :D Getting there eh. Do 10 and see how you are, i do mines in blocks of 50, and the most i have done in one day is 250, if you feel a strain STOP!! And then try again THE NEXT DAY, don` t go on a massive diet, just stick to meals and aviod snacks, if you are really hungry between meals, have an appple or bannana.
