    No. If you are in a different country, calling and text messaging and surfing the internet on your phone will cost. It will depend on your service provider. Normally, it would be 50 cents per text that you send and receive. EVEN IF YOU ARE TEXTING FROM A USA PHONE TO ANOTHER USA PHONE. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF AMERICA, THERE WILL BE INTERNATIONAL ROAMING CHARGES!
