It all depends on my mood and comfort zone.

Online
-
online under the safety of anomosity.
-
Offline. You can't see my facial expressions or hear words I emphasize on AB.
-
Offline...I am an animated person....and i don't come across sassy or if I do it is intended....
-
when im offline im off the hook... definitely offline! i think everyones much more interesting in person. i enjoy the physical presence, contact, facial expressions, the body language, the movement, the hand gestures, the sound of the voice, the spontaneity...all of it! :)

Sometimes, online. I love to write, and I have a huge comfort zone with my AB friends. But often, it's offline. Body language is 80% of communication, and I feel there is such a communication barrier with the distance of being online sometimes :( It certainly isn't the same as a real time, face-to-face interaction. It can be very great, though!

I'm not very good with words being online gives me more time and a more relaxed atmosphere to express my feelings and thoughts. Words and letters can only go so far. Offline is so much more.
-
Off You miss so much of the intended personality, mannerisms and inflection in one's voice in the written word. And don't get me started on body language...or how many goofy faces I make that you all miss out on too!
-
Another awesome question...I let my guard down more so online. So I'd say I articulate best online, but I'd rather communicate face to face so I can see peoples eyes and body language.
-
offline hmm in front of someone spl. rather in front of non living pc
-
Online I'm really shy offline
-
Let's take this offline and find out!

offline

I agree with Ed about facial expressions, body language, etc. But as far as verbal expression goes I do better writing. It gives me time to think about things and correct what doesn't sound right.
-
differently, offline my comunication is more complex, online pretty direct...
-
I think that i am a little more vocal online since no one can reach through the puter and choke me.
-
Probably equally on both. When I'm in person I move my hands a lot, but when I'm online I can think about what I'm going to say before I say it.
