He can like all he wants, but the fact that he dropped that B word in with it - he has no respect for women whatsoever. Just walk on by. He's not worth talking to. Would you take it as a compliment if he called you: sexy ho? sexy cu**? sexy slut? He's basically saying you're hot; he'd do ya, but doesn't want anything to do with you after that.

Well depends a whole lot on tone and venue it was delievered. For example if you just rubbed up against him while dancing & he whispered this in your ear I would say he wants {maybe likes} you anyway; or in the middle of love making he really WANTS YOU. If he says it, then spits out his chew I would run for the hills. I'm guessing you have a feel for this.

Yeah but by saying "bitch" he is also letting you know that there are a lot of sexy women out there and he doesn't really want to be tied down to just one. It's something a player (or a wannabe player says). In other words, I'm afraid it doesn't really mean all that much.
