Those who know and love Answerbag know the site was due for a facelift. So we put our best minds together to work on a fresh new look and the many new features requested by our community. The result keeps the good things, and most importantly, stays true to our mission of delivering you great answers, whatever your question. Here's what we have in store for you for this new release:

A Whole New Design. Refreshed design and new features.

Introducing Polls And Debates. Two new interactive features.

Because we know not all questions need the exact same type of answer, we've launched two new features to enhance the site:

• Polls allow you to get the Answerbag community's opinion on your question.They are easy to create and vote on, and you can even add images.
• Expert debates help you weigh the pros and cons of today's "big" questions, and formulate your own opinion. Add your perspective by voting and commenting.

Forums and private messaging so you can share and communicate with the whole Answerbag community, or one-on-one with the folks you choose.

Great Answers. Asker's Pick. What's that?

You are used to seeing answers bubble up to the top when other members like them, and that remains. But we've also added the ability for our staff, moderators and community leaders to pick answers they consider "great" because they answered the question clearly and accurately. We also wanted the asker to be able to select their favorite answer as well. We hope this will help our members and newcomers find the answer they need more quickly.

We're lucky to have access to great experts and reliable information, and when possible, we want everyone to be able to take advantage of it. When we come across questions where we feel we can contribute a great answer, we do. And as always, members can add to that with your own perspective. We're very excited about this addition to the combined knowledge and experience of our tremendous community! Where Is The Bag? The bag may be gone but it's safe.

The Answerbag logo, though beloved, was ready for a change. To recognize its years of faithful service, we're sending the Answerbag on a little world tour. A few pictures can attest that the 'Bag is healthy and enjoying itself!
