Nothing. They try to make you use thier software to even access the memory on it, plus they want you to buy all your mp3's at thier store too. Other mp3 players, you plug them in to your computer, and it pops up as a removable media drive, you then copy the songs you want from your computer to the drive, unplug it and start listening to music.
