My wife's grandmother (Elizabeth Buhler) was born in February 1999, and lives in Winkler Manitoba. She will turn 111 in February 2010. My mother-in-law received a phone call yesterday (Oct. 22, 2009) that an institute that tracks these things believes that Elizabeth Buhler is Canada's oldest living woman. I'm not sure if that means oldest Canadian. Are there men older than that in Canada?
