It could be that he has an under developed digestive system. Take him to a pediatrician and suggest an MRI or exploratory.

If you breastfeed your child the stools are yellow and a little bit runny, as for the gas I have the same problem with my child she is hard to burp. So I give gas drops put her stomach down on my knees and pat her back and that seems to help push the gas out. The spitting up may be from having gas on the stomach. Once you get rid of the gas the spitting up should come to a minimuim. Hope that helps.

it might be acid reflux. My own child never had it, but my nephew did. My sister explained just about everything you have to me, and her pediatrician told her he has acid reflux.

If you are feeding your baby formula, try another brand. You can also try to switch the type. My daughter had the same problems and the doctor recommended we switch from powder to ready-to-poor. This made a world of difference. Depending on the type of water you use is important. Tap, boiled tap, purified, filtered.

if you breast feed i was told its normal, my girl got gassy also so i carried her around like a football. could be food or drink too, i couldn't drink any coffee not even a sip, she got over her colic and still breastfeeds and i can now have coffee, just one cup though.

Your, son is normal don't worry. Burp him harder.

because he is so young I would consult your doctor. You didn't say if you were nursing or using formula. It might not be agreeing with him. I would make an appointment just for your own peace of mind to make sure.
