i think ur refering to PCP , PCP is a very complicated drug, it probby effects the hiphotamis (short term mermory) same as alchol and GABA( anixety ) reseptors, and the same as other stimulats to ,and way more pcp, is like drinking alchol, smoking weed, and taking i high dose of stimulats -But if its Real emblaming fluid(that perseve the dead), it kills many brain cells , and other problems , its a mixture of formaldehyde, methanol, ethanol and other solvents, methanol can make u blind,,,,,,,it can be mixed with pcp , but either way, your killing some brain cells, (more with the real emnlaming fluid),
