The basalts brought back from the lunar maria all have ages in excess of 3 billion years (http://www.jstor.org/pss/74838). On the other hand, based on the number of craters, it appears that the surface of Venus is only about 300 million years old (http://csep10.phys.utk.edu/astr161/lect/venus/surface.html). So, the maria surfaces of the moon are over ten times the age of Venus' surface.
