Well, I love it all, turkey, ham, potatos, dressing and I love trying something new any chance I get. This Thanksgiving I made a cranberry-pomegranate-pinot noir reduction that was really good. Then later I used the leftovers to glaze a roasted chicken. Everyone loved it. We do a big dinner on St. Patrick's Day as well with a beer-cheese fondue with steamed veggies. For dessert we have bread pudding with whisky sauce... It is so yummy!

Oestakaka topped with lingenberries. A holiday delicacy served in scandinavian countries. An absolutely scrumptious type of cheesecake made with farmer cheese. We enjoyed this only during the holidays when I was a kid. It was a reward given for choking down the lutefisk. I need to prepare some Oestakakka for New Years Day!
