    As soon as the cat has rejected her kittens (that is, when the kittens are able to feed themselves and clean themselves OK), you will find that she will start wanting to go out again on her own (leaving kittens behind). Get her to the vet as soon as this happens because she will get pregnant again more or less, straight away.
