Instead of women or men being inferior or superior, are there genuine differences between the genders?

both have strengths and weaknesses. men are naturally physically stronger, but women have a higher pain threshold (childbirth). so yes, there is a genuine difference between the genders, but men and women balance and complement each other. one could not exist without the other.

There are many differences, both physical and mental. Most come from the basic differences between the genders, as each gender faced different challanges throughout history. It's not that one gender is better overall, but that each gender may have advantages in certain situations over the other.

Men are more hairier. Women can be, but it is usually frowned upon.

Men have the "Y" chromosome, which makes us more complex than women. That's why women can't figure out men. However, men, being more complex and wanting to treat their mate as an equal, sometimes can't figure out women, as they don't have the "Y" factor.
