Well, we are "made in his image"... do we not need constant validation in our relationships? It's just nice to hear sometimes, isn't it? It doesn't mean we have self-esteem issues, but it would be really difficult if your parents, children, spouse, siblings, or even friends never let you know how they felt about you, or ignored you. That's what love is all about, right?

The question is are you asking for constant validation when you are looking for him and you can't find him. You keep asking but receiving nothing.
