I've been bowling for 10 years. yesterday in league play, I bowled a 189, and then bowled a 123. People were saying that my body was turning. How can I stop this from happening?

    Knowing your would have helped. If the 189 was an above average game for you, then you probably tried to hard to do it again. The "turning" was that little extra effort that caused the difference. Bowling is mostly a "mental" game, the physical part is easy.

    Just make sure that along with your shoulders being square, you don't dip your shoulder or use your wrist to give the ball hook
