If it's completely custom it IS possible but I would like to know WHY you want to do this. Nissan makes many wonderful engines that would fit into a 240 much easier and with far fewer mods than a Suby plant. You obviously aren't after power. You could get a more compatible engine for less than it'd cost to mod the front end enough to fit a Boxer in place of an in-line. Response - 10 Dec 06 - Ah; availability. I recommend selling the engine to some subi owner who wants a bit more displacementit and turbocharging the stock KA in the 240. While your HP sucks, the KA is robust enough to take quite a bit of boost reliably and with a lot less fabrication. I recommend you visit http://www.ka-t.org/.

yes. everything would have to be custom.. i mean everything there would probably be some cutting of the engine bay.. maybe not. im doing a 327 small block swap into my 240 now.
